I have been performing magic for kids for a long time, and I have seen many different types of children’s entertainment. From face painting to balloon twisting, from clown shows, pirate shows, petting zoos, and trackless trains. You name it, and magic beats it!
The problem with face painting and balloon twisting
Face painting and balloon twisting are fun. However, the children will have to wait for their turn, which is NOT fun.
If you are a four-year-old going to a birthday party, the last thing you want to do is stand in a long line and wait. Often, a child will wait for 20 minutes in line for a balloon that might last 2 minutes before it pops. Face painting also has problems during hot weather, especially if there is a bounce house to play in. Just wait a minute or two to see a kid’s face after bouncing in the bounce house. Their painted faces start to run after the kids get sweaty. It can be a big mess!
Magic Entertains Everyone At The Same Time
A magic show transforms long waiting lines into pure entertainment. All the kids, and adults, sit and enjoy the magic show.
If you still want face painting and balloon twisting, I recommend scheduling it before, or after the magic show.
